Chas and the team at Horley Tyres and Exhaust are exceptional in service and price. I'm particular about the tyres I have fitted and needed a set. Chas sourced the 4 tyres from 3 different locations as stocks across the country are somewhat limited. I'm a regular and returning customer who will not go anywhere else (having had bad experiences with online recommended tyre fitters.)

I had 2 rear tyres changed. There was no delay and within 15-20 minutes I was on my way. Very impressed.

Great Service from Chaz and the team, they replaced brake pads and sorted my tyres a few weeks ago. Always reliable and help you out whenever, would recommend them to anyone and defo will be back!

Great service from Chaz and the guys. Gave me a quote within 20 mins of me turning up to repair my exhaust, fixed an unrelated rattle whilst installing and their labour rate is reasonable. Within two days had my exhaust fixed as parts had to be ordered in. Will be using them again when needed

Changed two tyres, both hubcaps not fitted back on properly and gone in a few days since changing (although vehicle has mostly been sat still camping). Despite having cut zip ties off to change tyre, they say the car would not have been designed to have zip ties on the hubcaps to keep them in place, supposedly also don't have any in store, meaning it isn't their responsibility to replace removed zip ties nor the fact I am now missing two and have to replace them out of my own pocket. Would not recommend their service.

Without doubt, the most 'honest' business in Horley. I've been here four times over the last few years and just wanted to write a review and say thank you for the outstanding service :) First visit was to get an exhaust replaced. Chas and the team advised me I didn't need a whole new exhaust and they just replaced the pipe that had corroded. Money saved! Second time was to get a hand brake tightened, or so I thought. Chas looked into it and advised me the little bit of slack was a self adjusting 'feature' of the Nissan and no work required! My third visit, last year, was to repair a puncture from a very large screw which had found its way into the tyre. I didn't think it was salvageable, but they came up trumps and I only paid £15 for first class puncture repair, which took about 10 minutes - amazing! My latest visit, this week was to sort out a rattling exhaust. I'd been quoted previously for a new rear box, but once they got it up on the jacks they showed me why that wasn't necessary and fixed the 'rattle' in 5 minutes! Absolutely amazing - I can't recommend this local business enough. Thanks guys!
