A good looking hotel but our stay was a disappointment, due to poor service by staff (very uncouth), tight rooms and spaces. Definitely not value for money at all. I don't really know if it was a bad timing but I can't recommend staying here.

This place is a gem! Full of character and very handy for Gatwick Airport. They have their own shuttle bus and will get you there and back for a lot less than a taxi. As the prices are low I want expecting a very high quality experience but I was quite wrong, the rooms are spotless with all the facilities you'd like, fully stocked hot drinks options, a hot and refreshing shower, easy to control heating, windows that open. The bar and restaurant are very comfortable and welcoming, and the food is great! The staff are very friendly too.. I will come again next time I'm this way, highly recommended.

I had a long layover so I booked a single room here for the night. The room was nice and clean, and the bed comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even stored some perishables for me when I bought them for a flight the next day, not thinking about them going bad. The town center is about a 6 min walk down the street, as is a Lidl. The airport shuttle was super convenient as well. Would definitely recommend.

The rooms were small but nice, except there was no air conditioning and we were there when it was very hot. You can ask for a fan. It helped a little. There is great shuttle service to and from the Gatwick airport, at 6 pounds per room each way (only 3 per person for the two of us). The continental breakfast was pretty good but there were no boiled eggs. A full breakfast is available at 7:30 am, but we had to leave before that.

Clean and tidy rooms, good value for the money. Might have to miss breakfast due to early flight. At just 3 pounds each for airport shuttle, very good values. The restaurant looked nice and prices okay but used the Wetherspoons nearby as 4 of us and wanted a quick cheap meal.

Nice hotel! The room is super tiny but it's modern and clean. Guest services was really nice and the continental breakfast was great. It's short walking distance to the town of Gatwick and they have a few nice restaurants. Also if you need a quick jacket/clothes and/or new luggage case there is a large thrifty shop nearby to stock up on items if you need!

We stayed here one evening for an early morning flight out of Gatwick and it was perfect for that purpose. The room and en suite were very basic, but very clean. The bathroom was tiny, but everything worked well and was clean. We took the shuttle in the morning to the airport which was efficient and cost six pounds. We did not eat breakfast due to our early flight, but we peaked into the restaurant and it looked very nice. We did notice there were quite a few rules for guests (such a no outside food allowed, etc.), but we had no problems in that regard. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is a great place to stay for a quick stop over from the airport.
