My parents recently purchased a house through James Dean. John Freeman has been really fantastic, he went above and beyond what estate agents do and was always available to help and give advice. He would fit us in at the 'drop of a hat' and once met us on his day off, he even helped measure the windows !! As a rule estate agents don't tend to have a great reputation, John is the exception and I felt he was always open and honest with me. He was also very supportive when things didn't go to plan.
