I have struggled to find somewhere I am comfortable leaving my German Shepherd but I have to say I am so impressed with the 4Paws team! The knowledge and experience they have really put me at ease and I had no doubt they could handle the needs of my dog. Their pick up and drop off service was quick, timely and efficient. They also gave Adonis the best groom he has ever had - he still smells amazing and is so soft and fluffy. So glad I have finally found somewhere that will look after him as well as I do!

Best kennels ever the staff really love dogs. Rocco is happy to go there and always comes back looking well groomed and I noticed his teeth are white as. Like he’s been to Turkey lol

Just boarded our two dogs here a Chihuahua and a GSD both had a great time, lovely facilities and very knowledgeable and friendly staff will use again 👍. Just boarded both our dogs here again could not be happier all involved took great care of them especially the 12 yr old , he was clearly spoiled 😉. They will be back at the end of November for another break 👍👊

Went for a viewing first and saw the facilities. Georgia took me round and explained the day to day routine which kept my mind at ease knowing they were able to accommodate for my large dog. Ralph had never been kennelled before so I was really worried about him. We opted for the specialised care due to the fact Ralph my Japanese Akita is not friendly with humans and other dogs. During the 2 week stay the team kept updating me whilst I was on holiday and when I came back I was really impressed with how well they looked after Ralph as well as the groom they provided and normally he is not good with getting grooms. I am now a regular client knowing I can leave my dog in a loving place when I am away.

The only kennels I 100% trust. My dog is always excited when he is there as soon as we pull up because he knows he gets everything he wants from them. All the staff are amazing and lovely. Never had any problems with them and definitely recommend!!!!!!!

Everyone i met was so friendly and genuine with an obvious love of their job, every owner is obviously a little worried about leaving their dog in the care of others but dont be as your pet will be shown the utmost care and attention at 4Paws and i would recommend them completely.

Just used this kennel for the first time our GSD is slightly nervous and the staff were so accommodating and even spent extra time settling him in. He also came back to us clean and washed which was also a nice touch. Will definitely use again.

My pug Mylo has just had a short stay here. They could not have loved him anymore! He has come back happy and bouncy unlike other kennels we have used in the past! My little one was poorly and they dropped him off for me. Having the pick up and drop off service is a significant bonus and helps it to outweigh other kennels! Superb, super friendly lovely staff!

First time putting our Bruno in a kennel and could not be more happier with the care and love they gave him. Definitely using 4paws horley again.
