I had the pleasure of dealing with Curtis when selling my house. Slightly strange property which had the refurbishment started but not quite finished so he had to sell the dream to potential buyers. Several viewings in and we finally got a sensible offer which Curtis negotiated prior to giving me the call as he knew the ball park figure I would be happy with knowing the full asking price probably wouldn’t be achievable from the start.
