Racism and unprofessionalism. Never seem to get a call back. The agent, Andrew Youd, gave us cold shoulder when we went for viewing, glued to his phone screen. When we said we wanted to take the property, he came back after 3 days saying property isn't available. No negotiations. Not the best when it comes to people management.

Pre-offer, the experience was great, given the deadlines we were fit in for quick viewings and negotiations happened quickly with the vendors on our behalf. Post sale was excellent, being helped every step of the way. Mayhews helped us chase the vendors and solicitors made the process easier and timely, as well as provided advice and guidance on the whole process. Excellent property sale and purchase experience. I spoke to three estate agents and decided to work with Mayhews. Everyone at the Horley branch is friendly, competent and professional. Matthew helped ensure the sale of our property and Karen helped reduce unnecessary delays by chasing and communicating with all parties on our property purchase.
