Amanda is the most incredible yoga teacher and coach. She has an amazing ability to encourage one to reach one’s potential. She is very intuitive and always seems to know exactly what each of her students needs individually and tailors all classes accordingly. She truly cares about everyone she teaches and is passionate about yoga and sharing it’s whole life philosophy. Couldn’t recommend her more highly.

I love Amanda's style, energy and expertise in her amazing Retreats in North Devon (I have been to 2) and on her online yoga sessions. It is wonderful to do the sessions live for feedback and see the others and share as a group. It is also fantastic to do the sessions on catch up and anywhere that I am. It is incredible value too!

Absolutely loved Amanda's yoga retreat. Great mix of yoga, meditation, journalling and other practices I had not tried before such as cacao ceremony and a gong bath. Loved Zoe's vegan food too and the great little cabin we stayed in.

Incredible - from the moment we arrived, until the very end, I had the most amazing experience. This is a weekend I wish I had given myself permission to do years and years ago - I loved the variety of the content and I felt so connected to myself on many levels, it was life changing. I also felt very lucky as everyone on the retreat were amazing and we created such a beautiful bond, very lucky indeed. Oh...and the food!!! Don't get me started on that....and the location....and being able to get in the water....just all perfect!

A fantastic choice of classes and recordings to work out whenever suits you. Amanda is so friendly, helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend her and she offers so much more than the exercise classes, at a very reasonable rate.

Amanda has been fantastic at creating a great yoga experience over video, listening and adapting classes based on feedback while also providing clear and direct cues and assessments to allow for improvement.

An excellent , fun way of completing all different types of exercises. I have never been into or motivated in trudging to the gym (especially in bad weather or winter) to then have to complete an exercise class or push myself on gym equipment, ending up sweating and red like a tomato next to toned, glamorous people in latest, ‘must have’ gym wear and with the collective vitality home exercise programme I don’t have to. As I can exercise at home whilst still receiving encouragement and being motivated by Amanda in her live classes or if a able to make the live classes I can catch up with one of the numerous recordings. In addition there is nutrition and all round wellness advice and tips from Amanda, guest speakers and fellow members. Far more than I would ever receive from a gym and at a far more competitive price... it’s an all round win, win! Thank Amanda.

I found the yoga & meditation classes with Amanda so relaxing and soothing. She has such a calming manner and is more than willing to help me with anything I’m struggling with. I highly recommend her.

Really engaging and warm style. I felt comfortable, confident straight away and the classes are the better than I had imagined! Would completely recommend!! Has made a really positive impact to my life through lockdown and continues to do so ... 10/10

Such a wonderful lady that has infectious inner peace. I've done quite a few weeks worth of yoga (I'm a total beginner) and meditation which have both helped me so much.
