Taxi arrived on time and was clean. Driver was friendly, spoke perfect English and was polite. I’d love to give them my business again.

Hard pass in the future.
Let down for an early flight then deined the booking ended up having to use a different service.
Trust lost.

Ordered an early morning taxi for the airport. The driver turned up 5 mins early and was very polite. Excellent service and have already recommended to a friend.

Booked about 3 days before our early morning flight from Gatwick for a pickup from a local car parking area . They didn’t turn up which left us stranded and caused us to almost miss our flight. Chose them due to apparently being available even after midnight. However despite constant ringing they didn’t answer
Managed to get Gatwick Airport taxis to come last minute

Travelling back from London late last night.
I called and made a booking in the morning and mentioned I was not sure of exact time coming back +/- 15 mins. Politely informed it would not be a problem, just call and we can change it when you are on the train back, I was informed.
So I call from the train to advise the correct time, the chap the other end was so rude, arrogant, aggressive and totally unhelpful.
When I explained I had mentioned that I was unsure of correct pick up time. He launched into one saying that I should not have been told that and there was nothing he was prepared to do.
I have phoned their office this morning and relayed everything that was said to me and told it would be dealt with but I have no guarantee anything will be done.
I got home in the end but it was hassle.
My thoughts are if this was my daughter, wife or a young person travelling that had made arrangements to be left alone with no help whatsoever it would be extremely upsetting.
I shall not be using DSM Carline ever again and I would warn anyone thinking of using them to think twice.
Avoid!!

Booked return journey from Horley to Heathrow, easy communication with Colin via email and much more reasonable quote compared to others in the area. Arrived on time for a 5am collection by Darren and was waiting for us when we arrived at Heathrow. Faultless service so would really recommend, never experienced any of the issues others have mentioned in the last 20yearsmy my family have used Carline

we were charged £5 extra on a 5 minute cab journey to stop at ATM despite it literally being on the way with no detour whatsoever because the driver forgot his card machine. really bloody cheeky. go with Evo next time

Terrible service. Booked an airport run that didn't show up despite text message and phone confirmation. When I phoned to trace I got spoken to very rudely as though I was lying. When the driver finally showed he didn't even apologise or care even when I showed him the confirmation texts. The guy on the phone en said that they don't confirm by text but as soon as he put the phone down for the replacement booking I got immediate text confirmation

The only good thing was punctuality. He took us to airport and dropped us off where he shouldn't have, knowing it full well and saying so to the parking attendant. His attitude was shocking, so cheeky it was unbelievable, making fun of the attendant. What an idiot, he got a 75 pound fine for a 6 pound job, what an example for our kids who saw it all. DSM, your taxi driver cost you 75 pounds knowing what he did was wrong and not caring. Your reputation has just slumped
