We had left it far too long to get the gutters cleared (4 bed house, conservatory and double garage). Jordan did an excellent job and I won’t hesitate to recommend him - and won’t leave it so long for him to keep them clear in future!

We needed our gutters cleaned and were also having an issue with water cascading out of the gutter so hard it was coming in through the cat flap! Having used the services of Jordan before, we called him and he fixed the issue by adjusting one of the gutter brackets to sit higher and straightened the gutter dip causing the issue. Downpour that evening confirmed the issue was fixed. Thank you Jordan. Highly recommended.

Jordan from gutted came round and helped clear all the gutters in our new home. He was professional, punctual, insightful and helpful. He repaired a bit of the guttering that was broken and leaking and got us all up and running again. He was so good the neighbours asked him to come over the next day for their place too! This is the first time I have used Gutted! Jordan was very quick to respond to my initial enquiry. He was both polite and helpful with his messages. Jordan kept in contact with me on the day of the job (cleaning my gutters) to let me know any changes to his schedule. He arrived when he said he would and got straight to the job at hand. After the job was finished, he showed me before and after pictures which made me feel good that the job had been done to a very high standard and also offered me helpful advice regarding my roof. He stuck to the initial quote we had agreed and was very tidy (cleaning up all the mess from the gutters). I will certainly be using his services again.
