Hi, I came in for my appointment after you re-scheduled and confirmed it, but you weren't there?? And didn't even bother to inform that the appointment is cancelled, I was just standing outside your premises for 15 mins trying to call you on your mobile and landline but no response. It would've been polite to add a notice outside the door to inform the customers if you are not able to make the appointment. I am very disappointed and not great customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I had the most amazing facial today completed by such a talented therapist. She’s still in training however I felt her treatment was very professional. As a therapist myself I was very impressed with the service. I have re booked for a few weeks time! Highly recommended

Melissa is my skin angel for sure! I wouldn’t dream of seeing anyone else! My last treatments were Botox and the new Profhilo, Seventy Hyal, and WOW!!! There was nothing like it! Along with an IV boost of virtually every vitamin and supplement going I not only felt rejuvenated beyond belief, I looked it too! There’s definitely no one else that I would ever go to! This girl really is THE skin expert of all experts!

I recently had the carbon laser facial with Kayleigh and I could not recommend her highly enough! All staff were friendly and welcoming upon arrival. My treatment was painless and I cannot express how good my skin felt and looked a couple of days after the treatment! My skin was amazing! So happy with it and definitely will be returning for more treatments! Thank you once again!! :)

Had my first ever massage here. All I can say is WOW! I had a back and shoulder massage. My back and shoulders feel so much looser, and I feel a whole lot better, will be going here once a month. Fiona was great, nice and friendly, kept me informed on what she was doing and why. Can't wait to go back next week.

Wow! I’ve had some great massages before but my hot stones massage by Ania today was amazing! This wasn’t a run-of-the-mill beauty salon massage. It was a real therapeutic treatment which was perfect for my aching back. I shall definitely be booking another. Added to that, the friendly staff and lovely surroundings made for a perfect morning.

Fabulous friendly service. The girls are honest about what you need or don't need and would never sell you a treatment you don't need or that isn't 100 percent right for you. I always feel happy and relaxed when I go there, it is a real haven. I love my treatments up to date, my skin looks so much better now and I am so excited to try more treatments, in fact I am little bit addicted! I would highly recommend the salon to all my friends and family.

I have been using this salon for 3 years. Love the staff and especially the owner Melissa. I've had various treatments, Thai massage, derma roller, semi permanent eyebrows, lashes, luxury foot pedicure & gel polish manicure. The prices are reasonable & I have been delighted with every visit. Can't wait for the next special offer!!
