Fortunately I have to give 1 star. Normally I wouldn't write a review. Seriously I had 1 carer who was wonderful. The other 5 or 6 were completely clueless on how to change my colostomy bag without me trying to teach them. Just 4 days after I had it fitted. I was told by 1 carer that I wasn't allowed to shower or get my stoma wet. False!! The others came out were lovely face to face but clueless as to what to do. To the 1 blonde South African Lady that had care and compassion, thank you.

Incredibly helpful, kind, loving individuals. In the last month of my Dad's life, we had Triple Care over 4 x a day, and towards the end we had 7 nights a week overnight care. All the Triple Care staff we met were exceptional - patient, took their duties seriously, efficient and unintrusive. I was so impressed by them, and my whole family actively looked forward to seeing them because they were such a nice bunch. Dad was able to laugh and joke with them too, which made it far easier for him. The lady in the office who answered the phone was always excellent, and even called my Mum back after one phone call to double check she was okay, as she'd noticed Mum's upset tone of voice. Benson, Moses, Tino, Lizelle and Privilege were all excellent (apologies for any spelling mistakes). Brilliant service, wonderful people.
