Not impressed at all,they couldn't be bothered to phone nor turn up that was just for a quote, he eventually came said he would send a quote nothing we then found out he was on holiday,he was so sorry, it's not a way to run a firm and treat people.

Phoned six times before I could get an answer, the female that answered was very unprofessional and came across very rude.

Have used D&R recently and cannot fault them. Standard of work was excellent, on budget and on time. The company always kept me in the loop with progress and were very helpful when I wanted them to change a couple of agreed items. Local based company with lots of experience and it shows. Will certainly use them again if ever needed. Thanks Ray and the team great work.
