The person we spoke to initially was helpful enough. However, after a month, we still hadn't heard from them, so I made contact, and they hadn't done anything on our case. It was mentioned that we hadn't signed the T&Cs which we hadn't been sent. I was not at all impressed, and the person couldn't recall our meeting or the notes either. Will not be using them as I dont have confidence in their ability to deal with our request.

Please don’t waste your time and money using Newman’s solicitors. They ended up costing me thousands of pounds were they did not do there job properly. Myself and the estate agent who sold my house ended up doing lots of paperwork which Newmans solicitors did not do. If me and the estate did not step in we would of lost the sale of the house because Newman’s was so slow at doing anything. Newmans did not keep me correctly informed through the whole process I had to chase them up all the time. They didn’t even bother running me through the whole process to explain how a house sale works from sale to completion. I was going through a divorce throughout the whole process and I would say that dealing with them was more stress full than dealing with my actual divorce.
