Sharon guided me through making my own design for my front door windows. A great teacher who has the balance right of letting the student do their task and offering help where needed. So good I went back twice more. Looking around the house for further projects so I can go back. Great value as well.

I had the old wooden front windows of my 1930s terrace replaced with uPVC, including encapsulation of the original stained glass leaded lights. I am so pleased with the result. The bubble glass effect which I love so much has been preserved and looks even better than before. Sharon is patient and easy to deal with and clearly passionate about what she does. The fitters did a great job of tidying up and making good. Highly recommended.

Following a slight mishap, one of the stained glass panels in our front door was damaged. We contacted Knowles Stained Glassworks with regards to the repair and were so impressed with the service. They were so knowledgeable and undertook the repair work with great care. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. (three before and one after pic)

We are so pleased with the quality of the encapsulated leaded glass window. Sharon spent a lot of time with us in her workshop to get the glass colours and design tweaked. The final product was superb and brightens our landing/hall up. The removal of the old window and fitting the new one was very quick by Michael and Tony. We would definitely use Knowles Stained Glassworks again.

Outstanding work carried out by Knowles Stained Glass - Traditional Leaded Lights encapsulated into a double-glazed sealed unit, extremely pleased with the quality and finished product, Sharon’s eye for detail is exceptional.

Sharon was very helpful, responded quickly and gave advice. We had some old stained glass panels which we needed to be removed from old timber, renovated and then encapsulated in double glazed units. Unfortunately the old glass was not cleaned up very well and therefore we now have to live with the dirty marks on the edges of the coloured glass which is rather disappointing given that this would have not take very long to do at the right time

I’ve just had a front door replaced, patio doors repaired and several windows renewed from a previous less than satisfactory company. Couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. Sharon kept me fully updated with pricing, ordering, delivery and fitting. Customer satisfaction is obviously important to this company unlike the previous company I’d employed.

We were going to replace the polycarbonate on our conservatory roof but we were advised by Sharon that short term it would be much better to put the doors and window back in between the kitchen and the conservatory. The work was carried out and we couldn't be happier. The quality of the products supplied and the workmanship were faultless. Great advice and worked out cheaper than our original plan. Would definitely use them again!
