We order from here fairly regularly regularly. We loved it at first, good selection, not bad pricing, etc. But since the first time it's gone steadily downhill, cumulating in our last order. We ordered food over an hour in advance for an 8pm delivery, however we were still waiting past 9pm, we tried ringing 6or 7 times to check where it was but no-one picked up, in the end we decided to go round to pick our order up ourselves, only for it to be finally out for delivery. We managed to get to and from the shop by the time the food was delivered! In the end it was lukewarm, and over 1 1/2 hours late. NOT going there any more. No apology, no discount, no refund!! It was supposed to be a nice meal with our guests, so disappointed!

To all the people reading this review. Please pay attention - Do not order from this Chinese take away for any reason. Before we order and phoned to make sure they can deliver to Gatwick North terminal and the guy said, we can deliver and ask for the order. We placed over £60 of food and after 1 hour and a half, we called back to ask about the food. They said they are unable to deliver and the driver doesn't know where is the North terminal at Gatwick. We are annoyed and then the driver said is ok to deliver and we waited another 30 minutes. The food arrives. It is cold and the most terrible food ever. 0% for everything. Bad customer service.

Said food would take 70mins and would not accept card payments of less than £10. Cancelled the order and walked away.

The rudest staff... ordered some food at 5pm... told to wait 70mins, perfect. 2 hours later no food or call. Call them back and they have no idea, some crazy woman shouting in the background to the chap on the phone... happy to take the money very quickly but had no idea where the order was...the food did arrive at 7.20pm... so I should feel lucky... what bugged me the most of when i called back to ask for a new ETA they hung up the phone with no answer and then would not take my call when i called back again, I had to call from another mobile to get a response... very strange for a business offering a service they are charging for... have used then before many times with no issues , but not anymore shame really. I dislike rude staff

Friendly local Chinese takeaway. Does everything you'd expect on it's menu and the food is tasty, reasonably priced and prepared quickly. Does collection and delivery orders over the phone and on its website, or turn up in person and have a wait. There's no official parking as such, though it's possible for a couple of cars to wait on the kerb outside, and a few parking spaces a bit further down the road

Ordered food at 18.50. Advised a 60-90 min wait. Unfortunately still waiting at 20.45. Advised they are waiting for drivers. ETA needs to be more realistic. Food eventually arrived at 21.15. Wow almost 2.5 hours. Luckily once we had it the food was okay. Would probably use this chinese again but will allow at least 2 hours for delivery.

Absolutely delicious!! We were so happy with our food and how fresh it was. The szechuan vegetables were varied and tasty. The kung po king prawns went down well, as did the plain chow mein. Would highly recommend and will be ordering again 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

It took and hour and 40 minutes to arrive. It was really oily and just didn't taste very good at all. Highly unlikely I'll ever go back especially after paying almost £20 for a couple of sides and one dish.

We use them far too often! Food is consistently good, that's why they get busy. Our local favourite, the grilled chicken dumplings are great.

Avoid - Saturday night ordered a take away at 7:30pm was told 45 mins! Okay I knew it was Saturday night. One hour 15 mins later I was still waiting, I told them they had two mins otherwise I wanted my money back. The food appeared with 30 seconds to go. It was not worth waiting for. I will not return :(
